What is Intuition?
Intuition is the dialogue spoken between you and your Spirit. It is a sacred exchange that takes place in every moment, with every person and in every circumstance. We are all intuitive. However, we have been conditioned away from this foundational knowing and trained to override the guidance coming through.
This teaching presents a stucture, context and vocabulary to help you interpret the information you receive. It provides an anatomical map to work with the insights experienced through the body and energy system.

Intuition as Resonance
Your intuition speaks through your ability to discern resonance from dissonance.
- Your body is a resonance detector
- Intuition is the body's ability to discern resonance from dissonance.
- Resonance can be identified through sensations and impressions across the body
- Resonance is sometimes pronounced and sometimes subtle
- Some things resonate fully and others partially (which is where people often feel confused by mixed intuitive messages)
- You are constantly receiving messages across your system of resonance and dissonance
- Every energetic exchange provides you with feedback around resonance/dissonance

Sadly, we’ve been conditioned away from our most basic relationship and that is one with our own Spirit.
When you are not connected with your own Spirit’s guidance it can manifest as:

1:1 Mentorship with Alexis
I'm providing a BONUS mentorship session for this first time offering of the LIVE Tangible Intuition Intensive. This will be a 60 minute 1:1 session with me, Alexis. Mentorship sessions are valued at $250.
