We're Not Listening to the ENERGY
We get so caught up in the noise of what other people tell us is “good” for us, that we lose sight of our own intuitive knowing. Our most basic, fundamental guidance becomes confused and disconnected.
Our bodies are inherently intuitive, so resisting this internal pull and direction, leads to deep and chronic struggle.
Intuition is typically regarded as an unreliable source of information, something that’s hard to articulate and often referenced in hindsight.
However, INTUITION IS TANGIBLE.
The Nutrition Energetics® Framework provides the structure, vocabulary and context to support direct dialogue with a person’s energy and assess energetic aspects and relationships specific to nourishment.

about alexis
Alexis Saloutos is the founder of Chakredy® and Nutrition Energetics®, both original teachings where she trains and certifies practitioners internationally.
She bridges the gap between intuition and nutrition by teaching the language of energetics. Alexis provides the structure, vocabulary and context to show people their innate capacity to articulate subtleties. This supports the integration of intellect and intuition in professional practice.
Alexis is a Certified Nutritionist with a Masters in Nutrition from Bastyr University.

Here's the deal.
Certified as a nutritionist with a decade long personal training career, I’ve been schooled in a profession obsessed with results. With an ability to recognize patterns and observe shifts, I’ve always sought a way to quantify progress without turning to scales and calories.
In 2012 I graduated with my MSN and threw myself into private practice. It didn't take long for me to become completely disenchanted with food. I didn't have language for all the things I sensed around nutrition but I knew the answer wasn't dieting or weight loss. By 2014 something stirred in me. After years of holding this special pendulum over clients, it clicked. The pendulum moved in 4 very specific ways and did this over the chakras. The Chakra Assessment was born. I released my hard earned, very expensive title, immersed myself in energetics and walked away from being a "nutritionist".
Finally, it all makes sense.
